Flower mountain, your new favourite brand from Moksín
Flower Mountain is our latest addition, and there's no doubt that you're loving them. This brand was born in 2015, stemming from the friendship of Keisuke Ota from Tokyo and Yang Chao from Beijing. They shared common interests such as outdoor sports, mountains, and of course, shoes.
All of this defines Flower Mountain's aesthetic lines: Asian tradition and heritage, and elements of nature are two essential characteristics to understand Flower Mountain.
In fact, the materials used and the artisan techniques that are part of their manufacturing process have Japanese origins, creating a perfect combination of tradition and urban fashion. Despite the brand's origin being from the mountains, they aim to incorporate the urban and cosmopolitan character of a big city, allowing the geometric lines to blend with more organic ones derived from nature.
And that's how they create some of the most aesthetic yet versatile sneakers we've seen so far. They take versatility very seriously when creating their designs. All Flower Mountain sneakers are ultra-lightweight, and the rubber outsole is constructed to adapt to all types of terrain. The cork insole, with a distinctive and identifying element, is treated with AGION. This natural mineral compound prevents mold formation, keeping bacteria away and ensuring dry feet. Additionally, all Flower Mountain interiors are made of leather, providing more comfort and breathability.
Let's start by showcasing one of the brand's key models, one of the first they conceived and have been with them since the beginning of the brand, the Flower Mountain Yamano 3 sneakers. Available in two color combinations, both very wearable, they aim to highlight the different colors against neutral bases. They're the perfect excuse to add a touch of color with a unique design to your wardrobe, showing that Flower Mountain's designs and color choices are timeless.

What we consider to be the most special sneakers of the season are the Flower Mountain Tiger Hill sneakers. The Flower Mountain Tiger Hill Uni Green Anthracite sneaker is a clear example of the fusion of mountain and urban styles. The color combination in this case is solely black and green, with some white details that catch the eye. It's undoubtedly the sneaker any fashion enthusiast would have, as we're sure you don't have anything like it in your wardrobe.
This sneaker model also comes in a winning combination, the Flower Mountain Tiger Hill Uni Blue Grey sneaker follows the same structure as the previous one but distinguishes the different parts of the sneaker through colors. Each part corresponds to a different color that works perfectly with all the others, and it's not difficult to combine, quite the opposite.

Sandals are also an important part of this Spring/Summer 2024 collection. They take the "outdoors" concept to another level, as even though they don't fully cover the foot, they still exude the aesthetic and fulfill the functionality of outdoor shoes. The first one, the Flower Mountain Nazca 2 Uni Purple Light Blue sandal, has a sole with the same characteristics for adherence to different terrains as Flower Mountain sneakers. It has three adjustable straps that ensure maximum comfort and that the sandal fits the foot as if it were part of the body. Additionally, the contrasts of the different colors and patterns of the straps create a truly eye-catching design.
Last but not least is the Flower Mountain Spec 9 Uni sandal, which has it all. With the appearance of a sneaker but fresh and lightweight, perfectly suited to Flower Mountain's utilitarianism and extremely comfortable. Once again, we love the color combination. It's something we're starting to believe identifies Flower Mountain, as all color choices, no matter how diverse they may seem, are always the right ones, which is very difficult to achieve when faced with such different color combinations. This sandal has four adjustable straps, three of which are on the instep. While they fulfill their function of securing the foot more, they also position themselves more as a design element, distinguishing them from a more conventional sandal. The main fabric used in the sandal is a very lightweight padded mesh. All the hardware and details of both this sandal and the rest of the Flower Mountain collection are meticulously thought out. In the case of this sandal, we are particularly drawn to the side buckle, as it functions more in line with the aesthetics and practicality of mountain sports.
